Building Family Relations (BFR) is networking platform
that supports, advocates and empowers families to
build healthy relationships.
Family relationships are not a homogenous phenomenon, it is about lived experiences, involving all facets of well-being (holistically e.g. spiritual, emotional, social, physical, mental, etc) . Modern day family has evolved from what was known as the ideal {origin} to the status quo (the problem) and we are looking for the future (ideal) through the eyes of a child.
With the family evolution comes a number of challenges and central to these issues are “family disintegration” and “moral degeneration”.

STATEMENT OF INTENT
To be a catalyst in restoring families.

WHAT HAPPENED TO FAMILY AS WE KNOW IT?
The demographics of families are changing, and with that, the philosophical underpinnings of relationships are also changing. Many young adults feel marriage is old-fashioned and confining, and that open cohabitating relationships provide a healthier option that is more conducive to personal development. If a relationship does not provide personal happiness, parents often believe that their children will adapt to new family relationships so that divorce or separation will have few long-term, adverse consequences.
